Who we are.
Reliable Facilities Service, Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. RFSI partnered with Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (TIBH) and became a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) to assist disadvantaged persons to become contributing members of the community supporting the state Works Wonders program.
Our purpose is to provide employment, training and vocational opportunities for individuals without and with disabilities including those with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, learning disabilities, visual impairments, physical impairments, hearing impairments, brain injury and chemical disorders, among others. The primary goal is to develop work skills and habits needed for the team member to make the transition into competitive employment.
“Every team member has the opportunity to achieve his/her fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life.”
By becoming an employee with RFSI our team members build a successful employment history and gain valuable skills in the following areas: teamwork, healthy work habits, independence, sense of pride, and financial accountability.
We believe in working together.
Reliable Facilities Service Inc. is a certified State Use Service Provider
