We are a unique private nonprofit corporation founded to provide commercial janitorial services and dedicated to employing individuals with disabilities.
At RFSI we strive to not only meet but to exceed every client’s expectations. We always endeavor to offer the highest level of cleaning services at a fair market price. We pride ourselves on offering services centered around our clients’ needs and operate with personal service, attention to detail, and above all else, honesty guiding our work.
Who we are.
Reliable Facilities Service, Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. RFSI partnered with Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (TIBH) and became a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) to assist disadvantaged persons to become contributing members of the community supporting the state Works Wonders program.
Our purpose.
Our purpose is to provide employment, training and vocational opportunities for individuals without and with disabilities including those with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, learning disabilities, visual impairments, physical impairments, hearing impairments, brain injury and chemical disorders, among others. The primary goal is to develop work skills and habits needed for the team member to make the transition into competitive employment.

Reliable Facilities Service Inc. is a certified State Use Service Provider
A unique, private, non-profit corporation that links individuals with disabilities to meaningful career options. By investing into the State Use Program, WorkQuest continued to grow from year to year, helping community rehabilitation programs (CRPs) employ nearly 6,000 individuals with disabilities in 2019.
The AbilityOne Program is among the nation’s largest providers of jobs for people who are blind or have significant disabilities. The Program uses the purchasing power of the Federal Government to buy products and services from participating nonprofit agencies that train and employ workers with disabilities.
