Creating Jobs for People with Disabilities
RFSI is proud to announce that William Grimes has been hired as Operations Supervisor. William brings with him over 30 years of management and janitorial skills. William and his wife have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, shopping, fishing and his church.
This year Reliable Facilities Service Inc. (RFSI) nominee is Alfonso S. Fair. Alfonso has been an employee of a CRP for the past 16 years and for RFSI the last 7 years. Alfonso is a part time employee and works in the TXDOT Riverside facility collecting trash and recycles. He never misses a day and is always a team player.
Alfonso Fair is the perfect example of the Works Wonders program at its best. He has never let his disability get in the way. His attitude, smile and attendance illustrates that he has gained self-confidence, independence and love for his job and teammates.
Alfonso is a valuable team member and has become an important long standing member of the RFSI family. In fact, when I see Alfonso on location he never fails to meet me with his award winning smile and tell me, “Long time, Long time.”
